Meditation Hike – November 2023 – Limited to 19 hikers

| Free90 minute brisk-paced hike in silence with some guided meditation
Date and Time:
The hike will start at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Please arrive 15 minutes early with a signed TVTA Individual Waiver sheet.
Please dress appropriately for the weather keeping in mind that we will have a few stops for meditation breaks.
Meeting location
Meet at the corner of Westdel Bourne and Kains Road for a hike into the Kains Woods ESA. Parking available along either side of Westdel Bourne.

Hike Information
We will be hiking at a BRISK pace in to the Kains Woods ESA. Hikers will be expected to hike in silence for the duration of the hike. The hike leader will offer some guided meditation during three stops. In order to allow for proper social distancing during these meditation stops, attendance will be limited to 19 hikers plus the hike leader.
