ERROR: Invalid Username or Email. Lost your password?- Click on Login
- Click on “Lost your password?” (http://tvta.ca/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword)
- Enter the e-mail address you used to register
- Click on “Get New Password”
- Wait 1 to 5 minutes
- Go back to your e-mail and check your inbox and junk/spam mail folder for an e-mail with the subject ”[Thames Valley Trail Association] Password Reset” from sender “WordPress@tvta.ca”
- Follow the instructions provided in the e-mail.
Account expired
ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.Your online account expires 12 months after your payment is received. On expiry your account gets auto deleted and you must register again.
If you paid online your account auto deletes exactly 12 months after you make your payment. Please set yourself a reminder to re-register 1 day after your anniversary date.
If you paid by cheque your account auto deletes 12 months after your payment is received. Please set yourself a reminder to re-register after the end of month of your anniversary date. Example: We receive your payment January 11, 2012. Your account will expire January 31, 2013. Return on February 1, 2013 to re-register. This time we hope you will pay online to help reduce the number of volunteer hours required to administer donations.
Can not register
ERROR: This email is already registered, please choose another one.- This error message indicates that your e-mail is already in the system. One of our volunteers may have entered it on your behalf.
- Please follow the “Forgotten your password” steps to obtain your password.
Creating an account
- If you are an existing member and do not have an account please fill in the registration form and wait up to 7 days for a volunteer to change the status of your account from unpaid to paid.
- If you are a new or returning member that paid online you would have filled in the registration form and followed the instruction provided. If your payment was successful your account will have been automatically changed from unpaid to paid.
- If you paid by cheque and do not have an account please fill in the registration form and wait up to 30 days for a volunteer to change the status of your account from unpaid to paid.
